Pratistha Parampara Anushasan ~ these teachers were ??

So after very long interval of time again I am back with new post and in this post I am going to share a very important point of view on the basis of votes being conducted during tiffin and breaktime among us 

Guys keep yourself calm and stressed free 😌 because some of you might feel this post as a comment on these teachers getting include here

The teachers I am mentioning here in this post, may not be good to you for some moments or have given you really very bad grades/marks 😔

 

The first respect button goes to ..

• Sir Satish (Hindi teacher)

He is the most famous and respected Seniors most teacher of our school, 

A very major role played by him in school-making during 80s, when our school was just established 🧾 and started its marketing in our town Jhajha. 

I will try to explain him on the basis of few major points which will relate accordingly 

1) Anusaasan (discipline)

As I mentioned he is the most famous teacher, nd everyone knows that anything that makes someone famous is their uniqueness and ideology 🧠

He is famous due to his unique disciplined approach to the students and other teachers. Satish sir never been so friendly with any students and followed a strict rules 😬 and regulations framed in the school diary 📔

Okay so the best way to explain his unique disciplined approach, I have to tell you some crazy stuff 🤯 

'Once the classes started if any student (seniors or junior) found to be roaming in the playground he calls them, while calling if any student trys to escape nd ran off then 'ye to gya ab beta' 😶‍🌫️will be called from the classes no matter whose class is going on.

Sir asks only one thing from those students 'why are you out - classes are going on nd u r roaming around' 😠

Even if a valid reason given by them , nothing is acceptable 'daant to sunnaa hi padega' for seniors nd 'kaan to laal hoga hi ab chahe thappad se ho ya khichne se' for juniors.... I think this is the only reason why most juniors are so scared of sir satish 😬🥺

And also If any student found to be abusing or using local language during recess or break then _ 'uski to ab khair nhi' 😂

2) Respect (pratistha)

He is not only respected among students nd teachers but also among parents nd all others big schools, coaching institutes 😎

'ye main nhi keh rha , sir khud kehte h ki inki pehchan patna se kota tak hai' 

I don't know how true it is but theirs some facts in his word because many other schools call him on weekends for invitations. 💯✌️

It is honor for students attending his class because his class never get bored 😴 at any circumstances, his unique way of explaining the chapter is crazy 

As he is only teacher (eklauta) of hindi for senior classes, having much pressure to complete syllabus on time, but still no worries sir completes his syllabus so earlier that he even gives enough of revisions 😎 _ (itna revision ki bachho ko exam me phirse padhne ki jarurat hi nhi)

(Sir be like - 'system phaad denge')

Due to this attitude of completing his syllabus before time 💪 sir creates powerful AURA infront of all little teachers (chota mota master) like Vineet or sandeep sir 😅

Satish sir is very close and friendly like with principal, something more than a teacher because even principal takes advice from him in any program and function 💃🕺 to be conducted by our school. (Dekh rhe ho bhailog principal bhi advice lete h sir se , sir ka Aura dekh rhe ho)

Just not that, even on his appeals to principal regarding matters of students academic fails or any serious punishment - are consider as very important for the principal and gets resolved immediately. ✌️✅

(Sir be like - Jalwa hai hmara)

3) Parampara (tradition)

Sir satish have made some tradition for his class like no other teachers ever made in history 📖

• If anyone was absent on pastday , then he/she has to stay out in coridor until prayer 🙏 has not gone , once prayer finished he/she has to submit a proof 🧾 or has to give a valid reason of being absent 😕 

This was the reason, I had a very good attendance % then ever from UKG to IX

• If you are late ⏱️ for the school due to any reason, no matters what, you has to get signed 🖋️ by the vice principal on your beautiful diary as a permit for attending the classes 👍or else if u have no courage to face vice-principal then stay out for 1 period (50 mins)

• Proper uniform 🥋 is must , if no then you have to face his colourful english words (but mza bahut aata hai) 😄

• submission of assignments : - sir has assigned two 'chomu' boys for handling the copies 📚 nd mentioning who has submitted nd who is not , if anyone found to be not submitting in the given deadline then ...aage khud samjh ja bhai.😠😶‍🌫️

This was also the reason that many boys nd girls complete his assignments sitting nd writing 😶✍️ for long night 🌉 

(Sir be like :- Halwa hai kya, chal nikal la**e)

• sir keeps a school diary in which , he maintains all the task he has to complete in the whole day, whether related to teaching or copy submitting for all his different classes he taughts. 👨‍🏫

→ theres few more things can be mentioned about sir apart from these 3 points of Anusaasan, pratistha, Parampara 🤫

<Everyday attends school , even the railway underbridge is flooded with water 🌊 or very hot heatwaves.

<Splendor bike , vineet sir on the backseat.

<Leading First Hindi Speech  in every school program.

<Self praising 😄 for doing that, this ....bagera & bagera 

Ok so there's another respect button ✅  goes to these all teachers 

• Sir uday (PT teacher)

Very friendly teacher but strict standards regarding discipline in class or infront other teachers and very good jokes cracker 😄😅

• Aman sir (chemistry teacher) 

He used to speak very less, 😶 sometimes cracks a very funny joke on some students, nd friendly when you talk in alone during recess or break 😉 

Very knowledgeable person, very disciplined. but teaching style was very average

Very strict in answersheet checking, deduction of a lot fucking marks on minor mistakes in the answers 

Lekin sir dil se achhe hai 😅 

• Aashis sir (English literature)

Just a very owsm teacher our school ever had,

I will explain lots of beautiful things 🤭 about him on some other day in some other post. Because it would take so long for me to complete this post 🙏

• Sir daniel (geography teacher)

Inpe to ek puri kahani likhi jaa skti hai, sbse jyda Jalil kiya gya teacher hm students ke dobara 😕

• sir phul kumar pathak (junior class hindi teacher)

• Sir Walter ( junior English literature teacher)

• Sir saket (junior computer teacher)

• mam mamta (retired junior hindi, english teacher)

My first class teacher of class UKG , she was just so Lovely, like a second mother 💕 

• mam parna ( junior hindi, sst teacher)

• Subhankar sir ( junior English literature teacher)

• mam Nirmala (junior msc teacher, currently librarian)

Mam Nirmala is just too friendly teacher with everyone , who really have good characters like me 😉
